- For private bookings, if you need to reschedule or cancel you do so at least 1 day (24 hrs) before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $100-$150. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we will consider it a no-show, your booking will be cancelled and may be subject to cancellation fees. Keep us in the loop if you are running late.
- Flip flops are required in the general space, but are not worn in the sauna itself. Please bring your clean flip flops with you – you will be asked to sanitize them by submersion upon arrival.
- Towels required on the sauna benches. We will provide two towels.
- You must sign a waiver before entering. You must be age 18+ to enjoy the facility. Pregnant clients must provide a doctors note or sign that they have consulted a doctor before entering the sauna.
- During private sauna session members of your group may choose to go “top-tional”. Bottoms are required but you may opt to use a towel or nothing on your top.
- Fitted bathing suits are preferable. T-shirts, bathing suits with skirts or frills, and Bermuda shorts, and carry a lot of water and make our floors slippery for others. Allowing your body to drip dry in wet areas for a moment allows or shared space to stay dryer.
- All private sauna sessions (2.5 hr Aufguss Sauna Session, The Banya Expereince, Deluxe Sauna Circuit) require reservations. We strongly recommend reserving a start time for Wednesday Social Sauna.
- No outside scrubs, facial masks, food or drinks other than water.
- No glass water bottles or other containers.
- The Lost Faucet Sauna House is a respectful – yet social space. We encourage quiet visiting and warm conversation.
- No lewd behavior.
