2.5 hour guided sauna session for up to 4 people. Includes a taste of all of our services and add-ons. 4 sauna rounds, 6 spa-style add-ons per person, an Aufguss, AND a short venik (oak or birch leaves) massage demo. 5% tax added to all prices

Private 2.5 hr session Aufguss Sauna Session REGULAR SEASON (September – May)
Bookings of 1-2 people include 2 add-ons per person. Bookings of 3-4 people include 1 add-on per person (foot soak, body scrub or bamboo whisk). All bookings include 1 complimentary Aufguss for the group if desired.

SOCIAL SAUNA (Public Hours) – 1 hr 45min sessions
Public hours- Social Sauna – Mondays and Wednesdays (shared sauna space)
How it works:
- Last sauna entry at 8:30pm
- Groups of up to 3 people per each start time
- 1 hour and 45 minutes sessions
- Clients can reserve these Social Sauna start times online
- Each sweat-er will receive 2 complimentary towels with entry ($2 per towel for additional ones), and clients will be charged a $1 rental fee for flip flops if they don’t bring their own.
- Add-ons may be purchased for $5-$7(sorry, no foot soaks or bamboo whisks).
- The booking will show on our schedule as 5 minutes, but this is just for our scheduling purposes. The actual session is 1 hour and 45 minutes
- Includes a complimentary scheduled Aufguss. If you are on time, everyone will receive an Aufguss.
- You are welcome to also simply drop in however, clients may have to wait if the sauna house is at capacity.

Gather your crew! The more sweat-ers – the more economical! Make it a regular time for your cre and enjoy the privacy!
All sessions must occur within 6 months of the the first booking. Full membership payment and names of primary and secondary members required during the first session. Available on Monday – Friday daytime or evening. Memberships are attached to 1 primary member and a secondary member. You can have different people in each session, as long as at least one membership holder is in attendance.
4 x 2.5 hour sauna session for $520 for 1-2 people or $130 per session!

Wednesday Social Sauna – INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIPS

Make your booking for 1-3 people per start time or try your luck at drop in. Last entry is at 8:30pm. Entry $36 per person. No sharesies 🙂 Below are the deals for coming more often!
6-Pass Membership $198 +tax (or $33 per entry) valid for 4 months from first use
Perks: three complimentary towels per session, complimentary flip flop rental, sessions can be used as credit toward TLF events (e.g., yoga, silent sauna)
10-Pass Membership $280 +tax ($28 per entry) valid for 4 months from first use
Perks: all of the 6-pass benefits PLUS; one membership sauna session transferable to a friend, 1 complimentary body scrub per membership, TLF tab for incidental purchases (e.g., drinks, body scrubs)
5% GST added to all prices
Please note that as of December 1st, 2025 the cost of Social Sauna Session entry will increase by $1 (to $37) and with it the cost of memberships; 6 pass = $204 ($34/session), and 10 pass = $290 ($29/session)
